In view of the changing times, we have gradually moved on from the traditional method of manual spraying to semi or full auto spraying by using machines. Most activities in our spray painting department are generally carried out using machines to spray unless the design of the product is unsuitable for using machine to spray paint.

In recent years, we have studied and now carries out High Gloss Piano Black spray painting activity in our production and is now considered one of our specialty in our company. 

 

SummerWeili also provide powder coating in Singapore factory for aluminium panel, architectural material, cast aluminium, zinc alloy, galvanize steel and other custom products.

 

.e are specializes in electro-static powder coating for Polyester, Epoxy, Nylon, Silicon or high heat and Urethane.

 Although we are mainly for contract manufacturing but we do provide on site painting service and refurbishment for your equipment upon request.

We have experienced in using paint from Japan, USA, Canada and Malaysia. We also source for equivalent paint from local supplier instead of import to lower down the cost for customer and maintain the quality and colour.

Printing services such as stencil printing and tempo printing is also provided. Other services such as Hot Stamping and Laser Etching is also available.
