Summerweili Coating is a SME that has been in operation since 1992. Summerweili Coating has grew from a company that consists of only 5 employees to having 20 employees within the company today in Singapore. In Penang, Summerweili Coating has 2 offices and 3 productions areas running production with a total of 28,000sq ft.

Stencil printing used to be the only service provided by the company, the company has since expand to become a secondary process finishing company that includes spray painting, silkscreen and tempo printing, ultrasonic welding, laser etching, hot stamping and other sub-assembly.

Summerweili Coating's customers range from car interior parts such as, Lexus panel, Ford, Subaru, and Toyota with parts that are provided from Taiyo Technology and Fischer Technology, to medical products that requires secondary finishing processes with parts coming from SakuraTech and Meiban. Hot stamping products such as Leica is also a customer of Summerweili Coating. Other customer also include Beyonics, whom provide parts to HP for its electronics items, and Sanwa and Toshiba. Summerweili coating also provides parts to Leica through Sunningdale Tech.

The main customers for Penang are mainly, Class A, Juason, Jabil Green Point, H & P.

Summerweili Coating has also expanded our range of spray painting activities to include spray painting on metals. In recent years, we have made intensive studies on spraying High Gloss Piano Black and have included it into one of our specialty in our production line.

Summerweili Coating's range of services other than within own production line, also includes onsite support of spray painting of machinery, and printings on clothings.  

​

Estimated annual sales of $2million is generated by the production line in Singapore.  

While Penang's plant generates sales of $4million yearly.
